Pro covers the whole household
If one person buys Pro, every device in the household has it; the others pick it up next time they open the app. The purchase belongs to the buyer: if they move to another household and restore it there, Pro moves along and the old household loses it.
Restoring a purchase
New iPhone, reinstalled or Pro missing: Settings → Homecart Pro → Restore purchase, with the same Apple ID used for buying. Pro is tied to the App Store, not to Sign in with Apple.
